| A step-by-step guide to ordering |
- Find a product
Type a keyword in the search box on the top right of each page or browse
the product range by clicking on the different product categories on the
left hand side.
- Read all about it
Read up about the product you have selected. Check it's indications, instructions
for use, benefits, price and pack size.
- Select it
At the bottom of the description select the size and the qunatity
you want and then click 'add to cart'. A page will load displaying all
the items currently in your shopping basket. You can select more products
if you like by navigating to more products,
or if you're ready to check out, click the "checkout" button under the price
total.
- Create/access your shopping account
Select the delivery method you desire and then fill in your details below.
If you choose to create a username and password your information will be
saved so that next time you shop, all your details will be filled in for
you. If you are a returning shopper, you can login straightaway with your
username and password. When you have finished filling in your details select
the 'submit button'.
- Make your purchase
Check your order details. Choose a delivery option. and select your payment
option we welcome these payment options (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard).
- Payment Details
If paying by credit or debit card enter your card details and then select
'submit order'. If you have any special information that concerns your order
please enter this in the 'customer comments' box.
- Confirmation
The next page you will see is the invoice page. You can use the 'print invoice
button' to print out your invoice. We'll send you an e-mail confirming your
order. This will list the products you have ordered, their price breakdowns,
delivery charges, an order number and all the details you will need in case
you need to contact us regarding your order.
- UK delivery information and costs
- Standard next day delivery - £8.51 (FREE if order totals more
than £60)
- Guaranteed before 12 noon next day - £13.50
- Guaranteed before 10 am next day - £23.50
- Guaranteed before 9 am next day - £33.50
- Deliveries on Saturdays, standard delivery - £21.50
- Deliveries on Saturdays, before 12 noon - £28.50
- Deliveries on Saturdays, before 10 am - £38.50
- Deliveries on Saturdays, before 9 am - £48.50
- Returns policy
Goods correctly supplied to order are not returnable except by prior arrangement
in writing by Equiform Nutrition. Goods so returned must be consigned carriage
paid to Equiform Nutrition. All such returns will be subject to a re-stocking
charge of %15 of the value of the goods.
- International orders
We are happy to accept orders from outside of the United Kingdom. Please
place your order normally, choosing the "Orders from outside of the UK" delivery
option and our sales team will contact you to discuss the fee for international
carriage. Your card will NOT be debitted until you have agreed upon the delivery
charge.
